If you are unable to make the session and need to reschedule please do so at least 12 hours in advance in order to avoid needing to pay for an additional session. REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Please note that a refund will not be given in the following circumstances: you do not find the call satisfactory, you do not show up for the call, you do not respond to the attempts of the coach rescheduling, or you reschedule last minute without prior communication (this is up to the discretion of the coach). A refund can be given if you book a call and before the 24 hour period decide to cancel. If you need to reschedule a call, communicate directly with me via email at [email protected]. The call can be rescheduled up to 8 hours prior to the call. Should there be a last minute rescheduling, and this was not communicated prior, please note a $35 fee will be invoiced and must be paid prior to the rescheduled call.
