Will this really work if I've tried therapy, journalling, and other courses before?
I hear you. I've been there too. And I can more than understand this doubt from past disappointment or burnout.
This course isn't just 'another course' it's not an information overload. It is carefully structure through a somatic and attachment informed process them gives you the tangible steps to build internal safety first, which is why it finally sticks. I'm taking you step - by -step through a process that I've been through myself and have guided hundreds of my clients through.
It's also important to note that no process is ever guaranteed because it depends on you and your intention through this process.
What if I don't trust myself enough to start?
Boy oh boy have I been there! And "what if I don't trust myself enough to sustain it" too. I want to make this crystal clear for the people in the back - there is no 'right' or 'wrong' way to do this. You can release the pressure of doing it perfectly or in a timeline because when we release the pressure guess what? Our body will feel safer to accept new behaviours and ways of being.. just saying.
This course is built for that exact starting point -- where trust is built through small sustainable steps, not something you have to have before beginning. It's a skill that you're building like a muscle. The first step, is showing up at the gym.
What if I get triggered or overwhelmed doing this work?
Do what feels safe for you, always. So, if that means taking it day by day and taking a few steps back - that's ok. That's you listening and believing your body (which guess what? is building self - trust!)
This course was designed with nervous system awareness meaning, each module includes grounding tools and gentle, safe pacing you can integrate safely at your own rhythm. Healing is not about perfection, it's repetition. You spiralled? You can still show up for yourself even if it's 1% (that's still showing up).
How much time will this take each week?
This journey is not about checking things off a list and doing your homework assignments each week. You may be afraid that you won't be consistent or capable of following this through each week, but let me encourage you here.
This is not about perfection or hours dedicated each week, this is about consistent integration. When we're consistent we are embodiment this new way of being and therefore are rewiring our system. SO MUCH healing is in the small moments everyday. The average student spend between 1-2 hours a week being intentional with the modules then applies the practises throughout the day. You always have a community to reach out to for added support if you feel like you need a little accountability and encouragement!
How will I know it's working?
Great question and makes total sense you would ask this! Believe me - I had this question A LOT on my self-trust journey.
Transformation usually shows up in subtle, but powerful ways - like noticing you are criticising yourself but choose to show yourself compassion, pausing before you react, you give yourself permission instead of hold unrealistic expectations, you are able to regulate when discomfort comes up, you start trusting yourself without needing outside reassurance and full clarity to move forward, you're not afraid to get it wrong (just to name a few), but the key is you have the choice to choose differently and you DO.
