• 3 x 60 min 1:1 calls with me over the next 3 - 6 weeks (you get to decide) 
• Recordings, transcriptions, and detailed session notes for you to reference  after each call (lifetime access to these resources) 
• Email support in-between each session until the end of the package expiration 
• Weekly accountability check ins 
• Practical tools to implement outside of our calls

If you are unable to make the session and need to reschedule please do so at least 12 hours in advance in order to avoid needing to pay the cancellation fee. Results may vary as it fully depends on the effort you put into your own healing. No one can 'do the work' for you. You, yourself can be the only one who guarantees your personal healing. REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Please note that a refund will not be given in the following circumstances: you do not find the call satisfactory, you do not show up for the call, you do not respond to the attempts of the coach rescheduling, or you reschedule last minute without prior communication (this is up to the discretion of the coach). A refund can be given if you book a call and before the 24 hour period decide to cancel. If you need to reschedule a call, communicate directly with me via email at [email protected]. Please note packages are not refunded based on each session. The call can be rescheduled up to 8 hours prior to the call. Should there be a last minute rescheduling, and this was not communicated prior, please note a $35 fee will be invoiced and must be paid prior to the rescheduled call. You must complete the 3 sessions within a two month timeframe otherwise the programme will be considered 'expired'.
